We’re currently in the process of upgrading our online portal for existing insurance customers.
The new portal, with its improved functionality, will launch on Monday 1 March 2021 and will be available by clicking here or from the access your documents page.
As an existing NICEIC or ELECSA policyholder please be assured your insurance documents will automatically be available under your new account, however, for security reasons we are unable to migrate your passwords, so the first time you log in you’ll need to set a new one.

Step 1
You’ll need to enter your email address and we’ll send you a link that will allow you to reset your password. For security reasons this link is only valid for 30 minutes, but you can always repeat the process to request a new one.
Step 2
If you don’t receive the password reset email please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If it’s not in there please get in touch and we can help.
Step 3
Once you receive the email simply click on the Reset Password link
Step 4
You can then set a new password. Please note your password must contain at least one capital letter, one non-capitalised letter and one number, and must be at least 8 characters long.
Step 5
Once you’ve reset your password you’ll automatically be logged in and be able to view your policies and download your policy documents.
